It will be the first time the President will be sharing a podium with the two Presidential front runners on a erstwhile bosom friend and another now termed into a battle ground by the duo.

Ruto and Odinga have scaled up their campaign in the region as state house race hots up.

Also in attendance will be Malawi President Lazarus Chakwere who arrived in the Country today for a three-day state house visit, accompanied by the first lady Monica will be the cheif guest.

Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, Ngurubani residents told the organizers to give DP Ruto a chance to address them.

“We ask the organizers to give DP Ruto a chance to speak because he speak for all of us,” Violet Wambui said.

George Thuo resident from Mwea, said they will stage a mass walkout from the stadium if the ‘cheif hustler’ is not given a chance to address them.
